These terms govern orders placed on this site. Placing an order means accepting them.
The covers
Every Cocon is made by hand, so colour, surface and weight vary slightly from piece to piece. Photos are indicative. The pump is not included unless stated on the product page.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency you choose. Applicable taxes and any import fees are calculated from the delivery address and shown in full at checkout, before payment.
Delivery
Orders leave the studio within two to three business days. The delivery times shown are the courier’s estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
You can return an unused Cocon within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost, except for pieces that arrived damaged; write to us first.
Liability
Cocon is a decorative cover for standard 19-litre bottles. We are not liable for damage caused by improper fitting or by use with bottles outside this standard.
